If you are anything like me or anyone I know, then you hate the Reading Layout that comes up in Word. Yes, it’s been there a while and I’ve been hating it all along. Kind of like that annoying drip from the bathroom faucet. Today, I took the time out to figure out how to get rid of it… oh so simple… and I’m probably the last to know.
- On the menu select [Tools] –> [Options].
- Select the [General] tab.
- Uncheck [Allow starting in Reading Layout].
- Sit back and enjoy using Word once again.
